• The ACCESSION REGISTER details all acquisitions since 1938 in chronological order.

• To access the Register leave all the boxes empty and click 'SEARCH'.

• Fill in any or all of the boxes to refine your search.

• To select an ARTIST enter the name or first letter of the surname.

• To select a LOCATION enter the name or use the drop-down menu for main locations.

• To select by PURCHASER from 1999 onwards click on the drop-down menu under

'ACQUISITIONS FROM 1999 WITH ILLUSTRATIONS AND NOTES'. This will display thumbnail images and notes for all the items under that heading. Click on the thumbnail to obtain a full-screen image.
